Payment
Our business personnel will file a claim for your dental benefits, as a courtesy to you. Please keep in mind that your dental coverage may only pay a portion of the total fees for your dental treatment. The remaining estimated portion will be due at the time of service.

- Credit Card - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Debit Card (same as above)
- Care Credit Medical/Dental Card - Care Credit offers 3, 6 and 12 month interest-free payment plans, and extended financing up to 48 months. You can apply in our office or apply online.

Dental Benefits
Dental
benefits are intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental
care. Most insurance plans include co-insurance, deductibles and certain other
expenses, which must be paid by the patient at the time of service. Reimbursement
amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality dental care.
We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
